Once your project is submitted, it is guaranteed a screening slot at BFM 2025! Your film will be shown in an intimate 40-seat cinema at the Curzon Cinema, creating a perfect setting to showcase your work. Both British and international productions are welcome to participate.

If, for any reason, your project is not selected for screening, rest assured that a full refund will be issued.

Will I get any tickets?

For each project submitted to the British Films Market 2025, you will receive five complimentary BFM badges. These badges grant access to the event and allow your team to fully engage in screenings, networking opportunities, and other market activities. It's our way of ensuring that your key collaborators can be part of this exciting experience, supporting your film and making valuable industry connections.

Can I invite people to my screening?

Yes, you absolutely can and should invite people to your screening at the British Films Market 2025. This is your opportunity to market your premiere to the fullest, creating buzz and excitement around your project. While the BFM will actively promote your screening to all attendees and exhibitors, it's important that you take charge of reaching out to producers, TV studios, and other industry professionals to ensure they come and see your work. Please note that all attendees must have a BFM badge to access the screening, so be sure to remind your guests to secure theirs in advance.

Once you submit your film to BFM2025, it is automatically scheduled for screening at the event. You will receive confirmation of your screening date, time, and venue once programming is finalized.

How many screenings will my film have?

Each film will have one scheduled screening, with additional screenings possible based on film demand and programming availability.

What happens if the screening slots for my category are full?

Once we reach the maximum number of screenings for a specific category, submissions for that category will automatically close, even if the official deadline has not passed.

What if my film is not selected for screening?

If, for any reason, your film is not accepted for screening at BFM2025, you will receive a full refund of your submission fee.
